Abby is a 200-hour certified Yoga teacher and an Usui Reiki Master practitioner with 6 years of teaching experience and an Honor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience.
She is certified in multistyle hatha, adaptive, and restorative styles of yoga. Her work blends integrated movement, nervous system healing, and energy balancing to help you heal the weather patterns of your mind, body, and nervous system.
Her approach weaves modern science with ancient wisdom, offering accessible, heart-centered practices to bring you home to the endless blue skies within.

FITNESS COACH & MUSIC HEALING FACILITATOR
Zee is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Manager and Lead Trainer at MA Fitness, and accomplished Spartan athlete. She has two years experience coaching kickboxing, self-defense, and functional movement.
Her offerings fuse strength training and cardio, empowering others through structure, resilience, and embodied discipline.
She’s also a professional musician, blending live saxophone and vocals into immersive sound healing experiences that invite presence, emotional release, and inner rhythm.

Jaye Martin
YOGA EXPERT AND MUSICIAN
Jaye Martin E-RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher and teacher trainer at the 500 hour level), ECAT (experienced Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher and teacher trainer), YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider)
Jaye is known for his fun and enthusiastic ability to transmit subtle and technical aspects of yoga in a way that uplifts and inspires his students and fellow practitioners, and has been practicing yoga asana and meditation for over 30 years. He completed his first yoga teacher trainings in Ashtanga Yoga with David Swenson and Richard Freeman in the 1990’s. In 2000 he began studying and practicing Anusara Yoga, and went on to complete multiple Anusara Yoga Teacher Trainings with John Friend (founder of Anusara Yoga) and Betsey Downing. Since 2005 he has become an international leader of Anusara Yoga workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings. Jaye is also an avid gardener, a professional clarinetist, and danced professionally as a ballet dancer for over 15 years. Jaye has been residing in his garden home in Sarasota, Florida since 1994.
